The Origin Of D²E²

A simple question started everything: why do some people achieve their goals while others struggle despite having similar intelligence, resources, and opportunities?

The answer was rarely a lack of potential. More often, people were pursuing the wrong goal, following the wrong path, lacking the knowledge required to move forward, or struggling to execute consistently.

This insight led to the creation of the D²E² Framework: a simple model for understanding how achievement happens.

While the D²E² Framework explains how achievement works, people approach each dimension differently. Some individuals excel at making decisions but struggle with execution. Others learn quickly but find it difficult to choose a clear direction.
