Refund & Cancellation Policy

  2. Cancellations: Users can cancel assessments or subscriptions within 7 days of purchase. No cancellation is available once an assessment has started or a report has been generated.
  3. Refunds: Refunds apply only for payment deducted but service not delivered, duplicate transaction, or technical error from Guidra's side. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
  4. Non-Refundable: Completed assessments or reports and subscription fees after a billing cycle starts.
