Aryahut provides assessment-based learning insights through its proprietary G Score algorithm, educational analytics, and learning content recommendations.

2. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide truthful information in assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Avoid manipulation, plagiarism, or sharing of assessment materials.
- Transactional Data: payment or subscription records (if applicable).
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All assessment frameworks, algorithms, content, and branding belong exclusively to Aryahut owned by Guidra Learning Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any content.
4. Data Usage
You grant Guidra Learning Pvt. Ltd permission to use anonymised and aggregated data to improve assessments, training models, and educational research. Personal identifiers will never be disclosed without consent.
5. Fees & Payments
Payment model –Fall under one or Subject to change under these Categories: subscription, pay-per-test, or freemium Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account for violation of these Terms. Users may delete their accounts and data via written request.
7. Security Measures
We implement encryption, access control, and periodic security audits. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users and regulators within legal time limits.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under Delhi jurisdiction.
10. Children's Data
If under 18, use the platform only with parental consent (see Child Policy).
